All orders will be shipped discreetly in plain packaging.

Orders will be processed & shipped out from our warehouse in 2-5 business days (excluding holidays & weekends). Some items that may be sold out or back-ordered will take 7-14 business days to be processed & shipped. Most customers typically receive their orders within 2 weeks from the time an order is placed.

Delivery time is estimated by USPS/UPS and cannot be guaranteed by Exotic Lingerie Direct. We will put forth our best effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Return Policy:

We take great pride in offering you quality merchandise. Please inspect your merchandise carefully, if you have any manufacturer damages or quantity discrepancies please let us know within 3 days from date of delivery. We will authorize returns up to 10 days from receipt of your order to replace damaged items.

You must have a return Authorization issued from us before you return your item. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached, unworn and in brand new condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Because our items are of an intimate nature, we cannot accept any other returns or exchanges due to Federal Sanitary Regulations. Please make sure you check our size charts carefully before ordering.
